Diversity Scholarship: ABA Forum on Construction Law
The American Bar Association Forum on Construction Law, the largest organization of construction lawyers in the world, is conducting its Fall Meeting and CLE program titled "It's Lonely at the Top - Building a Successful Team with the Owner" in Montréal, Québec, Canada on October 4-5, 2018. It is pleased to announce the availability of six (6) Diversity Scholarships for the cost of registration for this program to women and minority construction lawyers, construction lawyers with disabilities, and construction lawyers from the LGBT community. The attached letter describes the scholarships, and the attached brochure describes the program.
The deadline for applications is August 24, 2018.
Girls in Politics Initiative
Camp Congress for Girls Syracuse 2018 by the Girls in Politics Initiative is a leadership program that introduces girls ages 10 to 15 to politics: www.girlsinpolitics.org. It will be held September 8, 2018. CNYWBA is pleased to announce it has sponsored two participants this year.
