William Herbert Johnson Bar Association of CNY and the 4th Department Attorneys for Children Program are hosting a lunch hour CLE to learn about the benefits and procedures of becoming an “Attorney for Children.” This is a State run program in Onondaga County Family Court.


Honarable Judge Julie Cecile has a presentation regarding the new raising the age laws and how they will effect family court procedures. Rosemary Nwawka a seasoned attorney for the office of Attorney for the Children will address her experience and give pointers on advocating for clients. Linda Kostin will present on the procedures, practice and ethical obligations of the program.
