The priority theme of the 63rd Session of the Commission on the Status of Women is "Social protection systems, access to public services and sustainable infrastructure for gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls." This panel will assess the extensive debate and advocacy surrounding the profound impact that recent developments in U.S. immigration policy will have on immigrant women and girls.
