The Central New York Women’s Bar Association thanks all who attended our 37^th Annual Judicial Reception.  The event welcomed guests from all corners of the Fifth Judicial District and Northern District of New York. 

CNYWBA’s Judicial Reception provides practitioners with an opportunity to meet local judicial candidates and honor our judiciary.  It also provides a platform to announce the results of CNYWBA’s Judicial Screening Committee’s evaluation of judicial candidates.

This year, the event included a raffle fundraiser for the Krupkin Scholarship, a bi-annual scholarship awarded to a second or third year law student who best exemplifies academic success in law school, financial need, and a keen interest in advancing the status of women in society through his or her eventual legal career.  Honorable Rosemary Pooler was the raffle winner.
